Your breast health matters! Regular mammograms and breast self-awareness are important parts of taking care of YOU.

💕 Know what is normal for your breasts and report any new lumps, skin changes, ni**le discharge, or other unusual changes to your healthcare provider.

💕 Schedule your routine mammogram. For women at average risk, screening mammograms are recommended every 2 years starting at age 40 through age 74. Your provider may recommend a different schedule based on your personal risk factors.

💕 Remember, breast self-awareness is important, but self-exams do not replace routine mammograms.
