She’s right, you know. Formulated as an alternative to harsh and drying liquid soaps, ours is SUPER-FATTED. That’s a traditional soap making technique where you add additional oils (in our case, oils infused with skin soothing herbs) back into the soap base to make it much less drying, much richer and more soothing. We made it for people with dry skin, eczema, sensitive skin, etc. It’s quite soothing. That’s why we call it a Liquid Soap Soother.

We made a batch of this bright, sunny 😎, citrus 🍊 and sage, uplifting, happy soy wax candle today and smells just like a sunny bergamot orchard in Italy here! 😋 Soooooo good. It’s perfect for the colder weather of Fall and Winter!

I made these products for my own daughter with eczema, so it really touches my heart when I hear from parents who use them to help their children with eczema. This is our newest testimonial and it made my day.

We are giving away a few dozen full-size candles, but there is a catch. We made an error in calculating so the scent is too light when you burn it. It smells great cold and it might work under a candle warmer. We just hate to waste, but we can’t sell it. You heard??? We are 1/3 of the way through October. We ‘think’ we will have enough 2.1 oz sticks to last the month but we can’t be sure. There is no rain checks. Options. The 2.1 oz stick form is lighter and easier to carry and you can apply it without sticking your fingers in the jar. We switched to mostly glass containers years ago but kept various options for customers bc we know different people have different needs and preferences. Our newest review sent in today reaffirms that decision. Which form do you prefer and why?

PSA: people bitten by dogs when young can have lifelong trauma and fear of dogs which is very unfortunate. I see it in my patients or people we encounter when out for walks. That’s why it’s very important for parents to teach young children proper manners around dogs. NOONE SHOULD APPROACH A STRANGE DOG WHILE THEY ARE EATING. It takes less than a second for a dog with food aggression to lunge and bite an arm or a face. Teach your children to ask the owner or simply avoid when they are eating. Families with “good” or safe dogs may fail to teach this but it’s very risky behavior. You never know. Aubin is sweet as pie but I cringe when kids bend their face down to his when he is enjoying a treat. That’s crazy behavior. I’ll correct it every time hoping to teach them proper etiquette and safety and you can’t imagine how often the parents are insulted when I’m trying to keep their young child safe bc they aren’t. Agree or disagree?
