Today’s practice was an invitation to feel something different.

To quiet the chatter in the mind and simply FEEL—the support beneath you, the sensations within you, and the subtle shifts taking place.

With time and repetition, the nervous system begins to respond. The body softens, rigidity lessens, and new possibilities begin to open. ✨

There’s something really steadying about ending the day this way.

Feet up. Lights low. Breath softening.
No pushing. No performing.
Just giving the body time to unwind, reorganize, and feel supported.

This is the heart of Kaiut — simple shapes, held with patience, creating space in the joints, the nervous system, and the parts of us that have been carrying too much.

Next class: Thursday at 11am at Rox Fitness.
There’s space for you. 🌿
