Totally rich in love and family. 🤍

I have known Noël since the 5th grade...and my mom obviously has known me my whole dang life.

They both have been an integral part of the growth here at The Good Rub. I am eternally grateful for their love and support.

I think she likes it. I mean...
..I KNOW she does. Deena has been by the shop to pick up more jars than I can count to share with her loved ones. We can't thank her enough for her continued support.

How is your spine feeling today?

Give it a little extra love and rest. 🖤

What did you think I was talking about?!

Time to round out another week. Welcoming Friday like it's a payday. 😂

Can't wait to enjoy a weekend with cooler temps.

The answer. 😂

Loaded with herbs, ginger and black pepper for a bit of heat, and menthol crystals for a bit of cool.

This oil is so great for all of my painful symptoms. I use it for my fibromyalgia, arthritis, and sore muscles and joints.

I even add it to my bath when I need full body relief.

It looks like torture...but it really does help.

The relief that comes when the muscle finally gives in is unlike any other.

Lessons in chronic illness.

When used together, the tools can make it possible to tackle the day in a different way.

They might not completely dissolve the pain, but they can certainly make it a bit easier.

My favorite smell of the year!

This Spiced W**e set includes a bath bomb, shower mist, whipped body butter, polishing scrub, and lip balm.

All products (except the shower mist) include our signature herbal-infused oil for therapeutic benefits.

The aroma is a blend of citrus and spice. It's sweet and spicy.

Choose thoughtful gifts this holiday season. 💜
