Celebrating 22 years married!!

The story goes that Sandy went to visit a friend in Hawaii and met this crazy guy Matt. They hit it off and the rest is history!

Almost 20 years in, after we were both burnt out as healthcare providers, we had the wild idea to jump ship and start our own physical therapy practice.

Lots of ups and downs and questioning our sanity but all in all the level of personal growth we have experienced as well as deepening our relationship with each other has all been worth it.

We LOVE what we do and feel so darn lucky this is what we get to do everyday.

If you are curious who we are and what we do and how we do Physical therapy differently, head over to our updated website.

We are crazy excited about it as it shares our mission, our voice and who we serve and how we do it.

Save the Date!

St. Augustine Wellness friends, we are excited to share that our friends Jamie and Amber Intera Yoga will be opening up their brand new studio for our next Wellness Coalition.

Tuesday, November 10th
12pm - 130pm
Bring your own Lunch

Interayoga
2600 US Hwy 1 S, Unit 100
St. Augustine, FL 32086

This gathering all started with us meeting Jamie and Amber and people like them as we were local networking for our small business. We quickly realized that we felt the most comfortable and connected with those in the wellness field and wanted to find a way to nurture those relationships.

So a year ago, we opened up our space, Renew Strength and Wellness, invited people and about 10 people came. People left feeling heard, encouraged and with a new friend. They even wanted to come back!

We now meet quarterly at different locations for anyone in the St. Augustine wellness community.

Share this with a friend and RSVP at this link

We don’t stop when the pain does.

Most physical therapy gets you just good enough and then sets you loose.

“Oh, you are out of pain? You are ready to be discharged.”

At Renew Strength and Wellness, that is not an acceptable outcome.

Once the pain is resolved we quickly move you into a strength program.

What does strength mean?

Leveling up in your preferred sport or hobby
Keeping up with your kids and grandkids
Living independently in your home
Preventing osteoporosis
and MORE!!!

Does your physical therapy clinic look like this?

If not, let’s hop on a call and talk about how we can help you reach achieve pain relief PLUS strength.

Knee pain won’t go away?

It might be from a tight foot.

Did you know that a sprained ankle can cause knee pain later in life? We see it a lot.

Your foot has to give a little when you walk, and if it doesn’t it can put pressure on your knee.

Meniscus pain
Knee cap pain
Arthritis

If you complain of any of these issues, your feet should be looked at as a possible cause.

If no one has looked at your feet or given you answers that make sense, give us a call.

We created Renew Strength and Wellness in St. Augustine, FL to be a different kind of physical therapy clinic where we look at your whole body starting with your feet for the answers.

Comment or DM us “FOOT” and we will chat.

What have you been missing out on?

Everyone who comes to see us has a story. They have something they have had to stop due to pain or a limitation.

The whole reason we created Renew Strength and Wellness is because we were tired of people saying they tried physical therapy and it kind of worked.

We understand that your body works together so that means we have to look at your whole body and how it moves to find the answers.

We know you have a lot of life to live and we want to help you get back at it.

Don’t take our word for it. Check out our 88 Five star google reviews and see what our clients are saying.

We always start with a free consultation call.
