If your mind has been running nonstop and your body has been carrying more than you realize, consider this your invitation to take a breath.

Join us October 18 at Journey to Present in St. Charles, IL, for Gentle Yin Yoga & Meditation. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Gentle Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that uses supported, longer-held poses to gently work into the body’s deeper connective tissues while inviting your nervous system to settle. Paired with meditation, it creates space to quiet the outside noise, reconnect with yourself, and simply be without feeling like you need to accomplish anything.

No experience needed. You don’t have to be flexible. You can show up exactly as you are. 🤍

If you’ve been craving a little more stillness in your life, we’d love to welcome you to Journey to Present.

📍 St. Charles, Illinois at Journey to Present
🗓️ October 18th at 6 PM

Save this for the reminder your mind and body might need, and share it with someone who could use a little room to breathe.

A gentle reminder that what we tend to grows 🪴🌷🌾🌻

So if you’ve been wondering why a certain thought feels so loud lately, or why something keeps taking up so much space in your life… it might be worth noticing how much energy you’re giving it.

And the same goes for the good stuff, too.

Give more attention to what feels nourishing, give more space to what makes you feel like yourself, give more energy to what you actually want more of.

Maybe take a second and really look at what’s getting your time, your energy, your attention… You might be growing something you never actually meant to.

Have you ever pulled a tarot card and immediately thought, “Okay... but what am I supposed to do with this?” 👀😂

Maybe you’re brand new to tarot. Maybe you’ve been reading for years. Maybe you have a deck sitting on your shelf that you keep meaning to get to. Or maybe you’re just curious about what tarot could look like when we take the pressure off having to know exactly what every card “means.”

That’s what our monthly Tarot Circle is about.

Saturday, October 3rd we’ll be exploring tarot as a way to get curious about ourselves; our thoughts, emotions, associations, creativity, and the things that might be asking for our attention.

We’ll look at the imagery and symbolism in the cards, journal from what we notice, talk together, create, and explore some practices that let us experience the cards beyond simply sitting down and trying to interpret them “correctly.”

You can come with a tarot deck. You can come without one. You can journal. You can draw. You can talk. You can mostly listen. You can be someone who knows every card in the deck or someone who has absolutely no idea what the difference between the Major and Minor Arcana is.

There’s room for all of it.

Each month, we’ll explore a different theme and continue building a relationship with tarot that feels personal, meaningful, and actually useful in your own life. Your registration also includes access to our online learning library, so you can keep exploring between circles at your own pace.

So if you’ve been curious about tarot, reflective journaling, creative self-exploration, or just want to try something a little different, come join us.

No tarot experience necessary. No art experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a little curiosity. ✨
