There are plenty of ways we're taught to participate in our own healing.

Show up.
Pay attention.
Practice.
Reflect.
Do the work.

Cameron introduced EYH to an experience that asks something very different:

What if receiving didn't always require doing?

With Ancestral Healing Energy, you don't meet Cameron on Zoom. You don't need to meditate, lie down, clear your schedule, or even know the exact moment she's doing the work.

You keep living your life.

Cameron approaches the experience from the belief that each of us carries an energetic blueprint... an underlying pattern of wholeness that remains beneath everything life has added.

She calls upon ancestral support and does the work from wherever she is.
And you simply receive.

That may sound intriguing to you.
It may sound strange.
It may simply give you something new to wonder about.

All three are welcome here.

So there are two paths from this post:

🌙 Stay with the question.
What if receiving didn't always require doing?
You don't have to believe anything about energy healing to notice what that question brings up for you.

✦ Experience Cameron's work.
Ancestral Healing Energy is now available through Explore. Yoga. Health. One distant healing session is $65.

Choose your day—or leave the timing to Cameron and the Universe.

Wednesday Walk of Wonder

Today I went for a walk without trying to get anywhere.

Which sounds ridiculously simple until you notice how often even a walk becomes something to accomplish.

Steps.
Distance.
Time.
Destination.
So I wandered instead.

And I took one question with me:
I wonder what I would notice if I stopped trying to get somewhere.

If you'd like to keep exploring, there are two ways you could go from here:

🌿 Take the question for a walk.
Go somewhere without deciding exactly where you're going and notice what catches your attention.

🌿 Don't go anywhere at all.
Stay where you are and notice something you've stopped noticing.

No answer required.
Just wonder.

October brings a new Guide to the Ranger Station.

Meet Cameron Hall.

Cameron is a death doula, but one of the things I appreciate about her perspective is that conversations about death rarely stay only about death.

They wander into life.

Into what matters. What we're postponing. What we're ready to release. What changes when we remember that our time here isn't unlimited.

Over the next two weeks, Cameron will be bringing some of those questions into Explore. Yoga. Health. including one we've been especially looking forward to exploring with her:
What changes when you stop pretending you have forever?

We'll get there.

For today, you can simply meet Cameron and wander through the carousel.

When you reach the end, you'll find a question waiting for you:
I wonder what an ending has taught me about living.

Two paths from here:

🌵 Take it with you. You don't have to tell anyone your answer. Let the question follow you around for a while and notice what comes.

🏜️ Leave something at the Ranger Station. If an ending taught you something about living, you're welcome to share it below.

Welcome to the Ranger Station, Cameron. ❤️

What if your weight isn’t one problem to solve?

Maybe there isn’t one explanation.
One answer.
One path you’re supposed to follow.
Maybe there are different trails worth exploring.

🌿 The language your weight may be speaking
🌿 The ways your body may be protecting you
🌿 The invisible things you may be carrying
🌿 The comparisons that have shaped how you see yourself
🌿 The version of yourself you may have outgrown
🌿 The nourishment your body may be asking for

One trail is open now. The others are waiting to be explored... and the Weight Forest Pass gives you lifetime access to all six, plus future trails added to the forest.

You don’t have to know which path is yours before you begin.

You just have to be curious enough to enter the forest. 🌲

Which trail is calling to you right now?

New date — same question. 🌿

What are you actually hungry for?

Sometimes nourishment looks like food.
Sometimes it looks like rest.
Movement.
Connection.
Solitude.
Pleasure.
A boundary.
Even a challenge.
And sometimes what nourished us once isn’t what we need now.

Join me Thursday, October 1 at 10:00 AM CT for a live conversation about nourishment, our bodies, and what can happen when we stop assuming we already know what “healthy” is supposed to look like.

No prescriptions. No perfect answers.

Just a little room to wonder together.

Before we move on…

September has been a month of wondering.

About our bodies.
About weight.
About nourishment.
About comparison.
About change.
About the things we may have been trying to fix before we ever stopped to understand them.

Maybe nothing needs to be neatly wrapped up before we step into a new month.
Maybe we can simply notice what we’re taking with us.

So I’m curious:
What are you carrying forward from this month?
🌿 Awareness
🌿 Acceptance
🌿 Permission
🌿 Gratitude
🌿 A new question
🌿 Something else entirely

You can leave a word, a sentence, or whatever is true for you in the comments.

There’s no right answer.
Stay curious. 💚

Sometimes the most meaningful part of an experience is what follows us home.
A question we’re still thinking about.

Something we noticed about ourselves.

A moment that surprised us.

Or maybe something we’re simply more curious about than we were before.

We’ve spent a lot of September exploring weight, nourishment, change, comparison, and what it might mean to listen to ourselves a little differently.

I don’t think exploration always needs to end with “Now I know.”
Sometimes “Now I’m wondering…” is plenty.

🌿 If something has been lingering for you lately: tell me what you’re wondering about in the comments.
🌿 If nothing comes to mind right now: keep wandering with us. Sometimes the question shows up later.
There’s no rush to figure it out. 💚

What are you actually hungry for?

Sometimes nourishment is food.
Sometimes it’s rest.
Movement.
Connection.
Solitude.
Pleasure.
A boundary.
A challenge.
A little more space to hear yourself think.

Tomorrow morning, I’m going live to explore what happens when we stop asking “What should I be doing?” and begin getting curious about “What actually nourishes me?”

No perfect diet.
No ideal body.
No one-size-fits-all answer.

Just a different kind of conversation with yourself.

Thursday, September 25 at 10:00 AM CT

🌿 Want to join me live? Come curious and bring whatever question your body has been asking lately.

🌿 Can’t make it live? Leave a thought or question in the comments... you can come back and watch the conversation whenever it works for you.

I’ll see you on the trail.

What if nourishment is less about doing the “right” thing… and more about learning what actually nourishes you?

Sometimes we need rest.
Sometimes we need movement.
Sometimes we need to be surrounded by people we love.
Sometimes we desperately need an afternoon alone.
Sometimes nourishment looks like a beautiful meal.
Sometimes it's a boundary. A challenge. A creative project. A long laugh. A quiet morning.

The interesting question may not be:
“Is this good for me?”

But rather:
“Is this nourishing me?”

Maybe we don't have to know the answer immediately.

We can notice.
We can experiment.
We can stay curious.

🌿 Want to explore with us?

→ Stay here: Tell us in the comments: what has been nourishing you lately that has absolutely nothing to do with food?

→ Wander further: Explore the park and see which trail makes you curious.
