Today, our Designated Manager Alyssa Thompson is participating in Ukeru Instructor Training—an important step in continuing to strengthen how we support individuals with compassion, safety, and respect.

Ukeru focuses on trauma-informed, safety-centered approaches that reduce the need for physical interventions and help teams respond in ways that protect dignity while keeping everyone safe.

At MN Care Services, we are committed to bringing the best tools, training, and leadership development to our teams so we can continue delivering limitless, effective support for the individuals we serve.
