Throwback Thursday!
🧡 Happy ADHD Awareness Month 🧡
When I was first diagnosed with ADHD at 37, I felt embarrassed and kept it hidden - worried I’d lose jobs, clients and even friends.
Today, I share about it openly, because ADHD has been a true gift in my life.
It’s not a deficit, it’s a different way of thinking - a diverse brain that can thrive, succeed, and shine. ✨ What once felt like a weakness has become my superpower!
I will continue to post about ADHD 🧠 throughout the month - as it is very closely connected to emotional eating and various forms of disordered eating.
This is just one extra area I am able to coach my clients on - helping them understand how to work *with* their brain, not against it. It is possible to be organized, healthy, and thriving matter who you are!! 🧡🧡
If you think your food struggles could be connected to ADHD - reach out, and let’s talk!
