The little things you do every day are BIG opportunities for learning!

Diaper changes, getting dressed, and bath time aren’t just things to check off your to-do list. They’re opportunities to connect with your baby and support their development!

✨ Try gentle stretches during a diaper change to help your baby explore movement and body awareness. Keep it comfortable and follow your baby’s cues
✨ Talk through your routine. Tell your baby what you’re doing as you do it. “Putting on a clean diaper!” or “Arms up for a clean shirt!” Even before your baby can respond with words, they’re listening, learning new sounds, and building the foundations for language.
✨ Slow down and connect. Make eye contact, pause for your baby to respond with a smile, a sound, or a wiggle, and enjoy these little moments together.

You don’t need fancy toys, elaborate activities, or a packed schedule to support your baby’s development. So much learning happens right in the middle of your everyday routines!

At Grow Well, I love helping parents discover simple ways to support their baby’s feeding and development right where life happens.

Save this for your next diaper change, and remember: everyday moments are learning moments!

👀 -A has entered the chat.

Apparently, some of you have been quietly watching my videos, saving my tips, Googling what your baby is doing in the middle of the night, and wondering if you should reach out.

Well, consider this your sign.

You don’t have to wait until you’re certain something is wrong to ask questions about your baby’s feeding or development. And you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

At Grow Well, I help families navigate the questions, challenges, and “is this normal?” moments of their baby’s first year.

Send me a DM or comment to book a free discovery call. No secret code required.

Feel Good Friday is a little mix of goodness from the week.

You will find:
✨ Motivation for the days when parenting feels overwhelming
✨Recap of Tip Tuesday to make feeding and development smoother
✨A busted myth because there’s a lot of outdated or confusing baby advice out there
✨A little about Grow Well
✨And a little joy from the week because it’s important to focus on the positive!

If you would like to save one of the slides from the reel, just Comment or DM me and I can send it over!

My goal with Grow Well is simple:
To help parents feel confident, informed, and supported as their baby grows through the first year.

Because most of the time, parents don’t need more pressure. They just need the right information and a little guidance.

Today, I’m taking a break from my usual Myth Busting Thursday to honor Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

I can’t imagine the depth of grief that comes with losing a baby, and I know there are no words that can take that pain away.

Today, I’m praying for every family who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss. For the babies they miss, the dreams they carry, and the love that will always remain.
But today, I’m praying for every family who has experienced this loss. For those remembering the baby they held, the baby they never got to hold, and the dreams they carried.

May you feel surrounded by love, held in your grief, and reminded that your baby matters.

May you feel held in your grief and surrounded by compassion. Your babies matter. Your loss matters. And you are not forgotten.

Getting out of the house with a baby sometimes feels like packing for a full vacation.

The diaper bag, the burp cloths, the extra outfit, the emergency backup outfit…

And sometimes, you just need a little support for you and for your baby without adding another outing to your day.
That’s why I’m excited to share that Grow Well home visits begin in November!

I’ll be offering in-home occupational therapy evaluations and therapy sessions for babies in their first year, in addition to appointments at my office in St. Peters.

Whether you’re looking for feeding support or help with your baby’s development, we can work together to help you feel more confident in supporting your little one.

📍 Serving families in St. Peters and St. Charles County.

Have questions about home visits? Send me a message! I’d love to chat.

That thing you’re wondering if you can actually do?

Keep going.

You might surprise yourself.

Working on neck mobility doesn’t have to look like a big, dramatic stretch!

Sometimes it’s gentle movement, a little play, and following baby’s cues. When I’m working with a baby who has neck tightness or a preference for turning one way, I’m looking at the whole picture, including comfort, movement, and symmetry.

And of course, baby’s cues always matter. And when I get a sweet smile I know that they are comfortable!
