You can pay 40%-60% Less for Health Coverage and ZERO Deductibles-out of pocket- with private plans.
What it really means to be a-non ACAHealth Coverage plan---
The ACA/ PPAC/ HCRA/ Obamacare/Marketplace Plans Law #111-148 March 23, 2010
This law Redefined Health Insurance Industry terms in effort to impose full participation in these plans even with initial Tax penalties for not participating. The origin of these efforts was to have “healthier” and higher income people fund programs for the “unhealthy” and lower income. Participant Providers had to cover and accept the most expensive conditions and services.
With Government Executive Administration changes, many restrictions were relaxed like allowing short term plans as an option and eliminating the Tax penalty.
Many terms were redefined to promote participation in these plans only—
These terms sounded ominous but are often unexplained—Innovative private Health insurance-type providers lowered costs by refusing to accept applicants with Defined chronic conditions and required services.
Here are the primary restrictions and conditions NOT covered by Private Health plans that allow financial solvency, better care, less bureaucracy, and lower costs. Some private plans were even able to not have to mitigate risks therefore eliminating mitigation tools like Deductibles ( the amount of money a participant pays out of pocket before any claims are paid by plan), Co-Insurance ( the percent of expenses participant must pay for services that “insurer” does not pay), and co-pays (flat rates paid for services).
Key terms redefined include:
minimal essential coverage—those services whose costs that are long term and most expensive like mental health counseling, maternity, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation---page 163
health insurance—limited only to plans that paid higher services and accepted Chronic pre-existing condition applicants like Obamacare and approved employer plans—page 133, 248, 131, 141, 321, and 155
Major medical and comprehensive medical—limited only to plans with above higher costing coverages and no limits, and full acceptance of all applicants and all conditions. —pages 131, 133, 141, 155, 163, 248, and 321.
Limited Benefit Plan—redefined to be any plan not fully accepting of all terms imposed by ACA / PPAC Law (any plan not Obamacare or approved employer plan).
