Warm red light, and what it actually does.
Red light body contouring gets explained badly almost everywhere, so we wrote the whole thing out in plain language: the two wavelengths and what each one is studied for, what a visit actually feels like, the honest expectations, and how it compares with freezing or surgery.
The short version. 635 nm is the visible red, studied for collagen, skin tone and surface healing. 880 nm is near-infrared, studied for muscle recovery, joint stiffness and circulation. Both come from the same panels, at the same time.
And the part most people miss: nothing is removed, nothing is destroyed. That is why any change is gradual and subtle, and why the routine between sessions matters as much as the sessions.
