💪🏽🔨🤩Overcome Your Fears⚡️⚖️📉

We spend so much time scared, nervous, and worried that we end up missing out on living our best lives. GLP-1s don't require you to be a millionaire to afford. There are good companies that want to walk alongside you in your health journey. I am blessed to work with some amazing folks at and in my weight loss journey.

I have been grinding this adventure since 1/1/21 but I finay feel like I've dialed in my diet, supplements, workouts, training, p3pt1des, and wellness to optimize my unique path. 130 pounds down and 70 more to go.

I am about to step up my training and protocol and I am ecstatic for what's coming! Stay tuned.

and I escaped the rainstorms yesterday to check out in Orlando. And thanks to the amazing we were able to go backstage and meet the cast & crew before the show. This production was second to none and the play itself was incredible. It touched every single one of my emotions from joy to fear to sadness and hope. Lilli and i had to explore DTO and fet some tacos & kava. That’s where we spotted these wings. Even with years of practice, i feel like i was upstaged 🪽and im completely okay with that.

I give The Thorn and easy 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and recommend catching it next year.
