Rainy Day but make it ZEN 🕉️

Today’s ZenHike Retreat at Crews Lake Park gave us a beautiful rainy sound bath & yoga class, where the sounds of the drops hitting the shelter roof only added to the healing. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you to everyone who came out anyway! We had perfect attendance despite the weather & have many in this group planning to come back for another one so they can experience the hike/walk with us.

So grateful for the nature, people and yes even the weather in Florida.

Crews Lake Wilderness Park is a beautiful little nature escape in Spring Hill, with wooded trails, Crews Lake (sometimes filled with water, yet beautiful even without), a long lakeside pier, and a tall observation tower where you can climb up for pretty views of the lake, wetlands, and surrounding forest. 🌿 And one of its quirkiest features is the miniature Central Pasco & Gulf Railroad, with little train tracks winding through the park! 🚂✨

We’ll explore, do yoga & have a sound bath, then enjoy a delicious plant based lunch & drink!

Sawgrass Lake was everything we needed. 🌿 The lookout tower, the huge turtle we spotted, the soft cool sand under our feet, the conversations & the connection.

This ZenHike truly embodied the slowdown, take it easy energy we like to connect to during these few hours.

So much gratitude to the beautiful souls who joined us today! And happy birthday to our OG Zenhiker Merinda Morley and to also the amazing Brenda R.Sizemore 🎉🎂

The zen continues Oct 17th at Crews Lake Wildnerness Park. One of my favorites this state has to offer. This one is up a bit north from here - Spring Hill represent!
