I’m excited to share a little more about something I’ve been working with behind the scenes! ✨

I’ve been working with Halo Nutra Therapy and their new patented NutraPocket, the world’s first dry salt + nutraceutical inhalation device designed to deliver pharmaceutical-grade salt with specially curated blends, including HaloNAD+, HaloNAD+ with Glutathione, HaloRECOVERY, HaloRELAX, and more.

Sometimes where you hurt isn't where the problem is.

After three lower-back surgeries, nerve damage affecting one of the client's leg, PT, nerve blocks and ablations, my client was still battling significant pain and contemplating a neurostimulator in lieu of another surgery.

My client had also undergone abdominal surgery for diverticulitis many years ago, I focused primarily on the abdomen and pelvic floor, incorporating Neuro-Fascial Strain Release (NSR) and visceral manipulation.

After the second session, I received a text: the back has been pretty good and not needed pain cream for 2 days now!!

One of my clients had a HALORelax treatment before her fascia session. As I began working, I noticed her body felt noticeably softer and releases were much improved. It made me curious about supporting the nervous system before hands-on work might influence what I feel under my hands.

This is something I'll continue paying attention to because I love understanding how different holistic non invasive wellness approaches complement each other.

I made a new walking buddy today. 😊

It reminded me how important simply getting outside and moving really is.

Walking isn’t just exercise. Gentle movement helps hydrate fascia, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and reduce stiffness.

If walking has become difficult because your body feels tight, restricted, or uncomfortable, fascia restrictions may be part of the picture.

Fascia Of The Organs

Everyone is talking about fascia chains... but almost no one is talking about the fascia around/in your organs.

When people think of fascia, they usually picture the connective tissue around muscles, tendons, and joints. And yes—that's incredibly important.

But what about the fascia surrounding your liver, stomach, intestines, bladder, kidneys, lungs, and other organs?

Those organs are wrapped in fascia too. They must glide and move freely with every breath, every step, and every movement you make.

If those fascial layers become restricted from surgery, injury, inflammation, infection, pregnancy, emotional stress, or even repetitive posture, the body often compensates. That compensation can show up as pain in the neck, back, hips, shoulders, ribs—or almost anywhere along the body's fascial continuities.

You can release the fascia in a tight shoulder or a painful hip, but if an underlying visceral restriction is still pulling on the system, you're only addressing part of the picture.

That's why my treatments combine fascial work with visceral manipulation—gently restoring mobility to the organs and the fascial system that connects everything together.

The body isn't a collection of separate parts.

It's one connected system.

Sometimes lasting relief comes from treating the place no one thought to look.
