A beautiful morning in southern Mumbai ☀️

Exploring the stories, streets, and hidden details of South Mumbai this morning with Alisha Sadikot. ✨

There is so much history here that I would have walked right past without knowing the stories behind it. Such a lovely way to experience another side of Mumbai.

Your attention is energy. ✨

What you focus on, feed, revisit, and give meaning to begins to shape your experience.

So today, notice where your attention is going.

Is it moving you toward more coherence, possibility and alignment—or pulling you away from yourself?

You don’t have to control every thought.
Just notice. And choose again. 💚

What are you tuning into today?

RETURN TO RESONANCE

What if you gave yourself a little time to simply pause, receive and reconnect?

Restorative Reset is a personalized remote healing attunement created around you and your intention—something physical, mental or emotional where you’re experiencing dissonance, frustration or imbalance.

At our arranged time, you simply find a quiet, comfortable space and tune into yourself while I work remotely with your energy field.

I record the session as I work and send it to you afterward. Some people have shared that they felt sensations or energetic shifts while receiving—and were surprised by the connections they noticed when they later listened to my recording. ✨

There is nothing you’re supposed to feel. Nothing you need to figure out.

Just give yourself the time to be still, receive, and notice your own experience.

✨ 30-minute Restorative Reset — $55
✨ 60-minute Restorative Reset — $88

Available remotely, wherever you are. 🌎

If this is calling to you, DM me RESET and I’ll send you the details. ❤️

A Gentle Tune-Up for This Sweet Soul 🐾✨

Animals are highly sensitive to sound, vibration, and energy. In this session, I’m using tuning forks to offer gentle vibrational support and encourage relaxation, regulation, and greater harmony within the animal’s energy field.

I always allow the animal to lead—watching their body language, respecting their boundaries, and adjusting the session according to what feels comfortable for them. 💚

Animal Energy Healing sessions may include Reiki, tuning forks, and an energetic scan and clearing, personalized for each animal.

Curious whether your animal companion might enjoy a session? Send me a private message or email me at [email protected].

Energy healing is complementary and does not replace veterinary care.
