Growing up on a farm with an American Indian father and a Vietnamese mother, we took care of ourselves and our animals the way our Creator intended. For pain and joint problems, along with many other health issues, I use DMSO as she stated in this video but I add castor oil which makes it go even deeper into your body to reach areas you never could target.
