Hi! I’m Nancy Yankovic, a nurse practitioner and owner of Saltwater Wellness in Keizer.
We provide personalized hormone replacement therapy, medically managed weight loss, peptide therapy, IV hydration, and regenerative wellness services—all with real medical oversight and an emphasis on safety, education, and long-term health.
What makes the Saltwater experience different? Your care is provided in person, in our clinic. We draw your labs on-site, review your results with you, create an individualized treatment plan, and continue monitoring you throughout your care. Most medications can also be picked up right from our office, making the entire process convenient and connected. When compounded medications are appropriate, they are prescribed and obtained through licensed pharmacies.
