Today was DOT day. We gave our friends large circle pieces of paper and had them use there imagination and draw what came to their mind. It was really cool to see everybody’s inspiration. We also played a dot game with the staff. If we complained, we got a sticker. The members were getting a kick out of it some of us who don’t complain very much got a lot of stickers. Ones that complain alot didnt get many. It’s a good laugh. There is one picture of Amanda and I with alot off stickers on our face this was a joke for our friends. Boy did they giggle! We also danced and sang the afternoon away.

Who doesn’t like a good pie. Our friends got to taste some yummy pies that the staff made. We got to taste strawberry cheesecake, chocolate cream pie, pumpkin, banana cream, peach raspberry pie, root b**r float pie, and even mincemeat. We didn’t get any pictures of our members because we were enjoying our pies too.

A huge thank you to Sarah from Bridges by Epoch. She brought in beautiful flowers, berries, and decorative peppers and even little mini pumpkins for us to spruce up our deck and the front walkway. Our friends had so much fun planting they will enjoy these flowers when we sit out on the deck. A couple of the friends mentioned to us that they loved gardening in their yards so this brought back found memories . Thank you again Sarah.. Bridges by EPOCH at Andover

I once was a…. take a look at some of the careers that our friends once had. We had so much fun learning about their past. We also learned about some cool jobs from along time ago like a leech collector, soda jerk, and even a knocker upper if you don’t know what job that is. Look it up very interesting.

Let’s get out the net and have balloon volleyball. They all worked so hard to get that balloon to stay in the air and not touch the ground. Great teamwork. It’s so nice to see them working together and having fun at the same time.
