As promised;
Season 2 Episode 7: Wiping the S**t Off Your Shoe
Three years is a long time to keep wiping the same s**t off your shoe. This episode follows what happens when a man repeatedly moves his ex in first citing the kids and her mental health, then doing it again months later with a nicer place and the same excuses and the toll it takes when you spend years convincing yourself that your instincts are wrong, and unpacking the quieter damage: the eroded trust in your own gut, the self-doubt that lingers if you don’t deal with it, and the way it shifts how you read people going forward.
Ask yourself:
How many times have you explained away something your gut already knew?
What story are you still telling yourself so you don’t have to call the pattern what it is?
And if you don’t sit with this now, what are you willing to carry into the next one?
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Share your story, anonymous is fine.

Was listening to this song and the message hit like ice in an empty glass.

The drink we reach for isn’t always a drink. Sometimes it’s the bad relationship we stay in. The disrespect we allow. The things that hurt us.

Great reminder that not every poison comes in a bottle.

Some weights don’t belong on your back. Set them down. Strike the match, stand up straight, hold your head high, adjust that crown, and don’t you dare look back for smoke.

Season 2; Episode 6
They Told Me But I Didn't Want To Know

Some girls warn because they want him. Say that out loud so we can get it out of the way. It happens.

That’s not most of it.

Most of the time a woman walks up to you with that story, she is not trying to win. She is trying to stop a crash she already lived through, or already watched.

She’s not protecting him. She’s protecting you from becoming another victim.

Bartenders, hairdressers, the girl from work, the one who “used to talk to him” — they’re not always messy. Sometimes they’re the only ones with the angle you don’t have: him when you’re not looking.

A real warning usually sounds plain. Not a speech. Not a campaign.

He lies. He cheats. Don’t get caught up with him.

If three different women, with nothing to gain from each other, hand you the same sentence, that is not a coincidence. That is a pattern trying to be exposed.

You can be everything and still not be enough for the WRONG person!

Here it is, as promised.
Season 2 Episode 5: Always Sharing Location Life360
Life360 does not create trust and it does not create distrust. It amplifies whatever was already in the room.
If the room was safe, it stays practical.
If the room was shaky, it becomes a live feed of your fear.

Share your thoughts
Do you share live location with a partner right now; yes, no, or “it’s complicated”?

When you open that map, are you checking they’re safe...or checking they’re honest?

Would you still feel okay if they paused location for 24 hours with no speech prepared?

Who checks the app more in your house and has anyone said that out loud?

Have you ever used a ping as evidence in a fight?

Is “I have nothing to hide” the same thing as “I don’t mind being watched”?

Safety tool or security camera: which one is yours actually acting like?

If the app disappeared tomorrow, what would break first logistics, or the feeling in your chest?

Time has a way of changing the people we once knew and loved.

In his mind, she was still the place he fit but time had another plan. It rewrote them both.

Four years of separation had changed the shape of their silences, the weight of their hands, and the way a room felt when the other person walked in. What once locked into place now sat slightly off. Same doorway. Different people. No longer the same fit.

They stood close enough to recognize the outlines and far enough to feel the space where they used to match.
Nothing dramatic.
Just the quiet fact that they were no longer the same, and no longer felt the same.

They did not fit anymore.
