Breast cancer can leave women feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next.

But something special happens when survivors come together.

They laugh. They cry. They share stories. They form friendships with women who truly understand what they've been through.

At Image Reborn Foundation, our no-cost Renewal Retreats provide more than a weekend away. They offer a space to reconnect, rediscover joy, and remember that no one has to navigate life after a breast cancer diagnosis alone.

We’re halfway through Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

October has been a busy and exciting month for Image Reborn Foundation! We’ve already had the opportunity to attend several wonderful community events, connect with so many amazing people, spread awareness, and share our mission of providing no-cost restorative retreats for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer.

Sometimes renewal means rest.

Sometimes it means discovering just how capable you are.

At our September Adventure Retreat at Flaming Gorge, in partnership with the National Ability Center, participants stepped outside their comfort zones, spent time in nature, supported one another, and took on new challenges.

One participant shared:
“Incredible impact! Growth from challenge at just the right level. Collaboration with NAC was outstanding!”

Another told us:
“I felt like I was taken care of, prepared, and nurtured throughout the entire experience… I’m so glad I came!”

That’s what Adventure Retreats are all about- creating a safe, supportive environment where breast cancer survivors can challenge themselves, reconnect with what their bodies can do, and experience something they may never have tried on their own.

A huge thank you to our friends at the National Ability Center, our facilitators Ally and Mandee, and everyone who helped make this experience possible. 💕

October brings a lot of attention to breast cancer- and that awareness matters. 💗

But for the women we serve, the impact of breast cancer doesn't end when October does. It doesn't always end when treatment ends, either. There is life after diagnosis. And sometimes that life includes fear, grief, changes in relationships and identity, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.

That's where Image Reborn comes in.

Our no-cost Renewal Retreats give breast cancer survivors time and space to reconnect with themselves, care for their emotional well-being, and build relationships with women who understand.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're grateful to everyone who helps us go beyond awareness- to support, connection, and renewal. 💕

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Image Reborn Foundation is excited to be out in the community this month connecting, supporting, and raising awareness!

Tomorrow, October 2, we’ll be at Pink Day at the I.J. & Jeanné Wagner Jewish Community Center in Salt Lake City from 3:30–6:00 PM.

Come enjoy live music from the Wasatch Valley Drifters, along with family-friendly activities, games, prizes, and food! It will be a joyful afternoon that makes space for both breast cancer awareness and celebration. 💕

The event is free and open to the whole family, and free mammograms courtesy of Huntsman Cancer Institute will also be available by registration.

Stop by the Image Reborn table, say hello, and don’t forget to wear your favorite shade of pink! We’d love to see our Image Reborn community there. 💗

As we prepare for our Celebration of Life Gala and open "Breast Cancer Awareness Month", we invite you to join us for a special evening of reflection, release, and renewal. Together, we honor the many losses of breast cancer an open space for joy, hope, and connection.
