What Ptsd is like for me. By Sharon Solis
Overexplain, hypervigilant, jumping, planning, racing, thoughts, electricity that hurts throughout your body when you’re scared indecisive, unable to trust others bottling up your fears, and then exploding later, when misunderstood
Not being able to take a joke, feeling like other people are insensitive they have no idea what’s going inside you unless they have ptsd
Getting sick all the time I’m stuffing emotions are becoming physically exhausted from having a meltdown/episode
Untrusting others and self
Feeling bullied
Fear dominating
Flashbacks even during happy moments
Fighting
Freezing
Fawning
Flight running away
Feelings of insecurity
Feeling alone
Feelings of neglect, self-hate
Abusing drugs
Blackouts without being drunk
Passive aggressive
