LET’S CLARIFY MY NO-CALL/NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICIES.
I’ve been running into this issue quite a bit lately, especially with my travel appointments, and I feel like it needs to be addressed.
During my last few travel dates, I’ve had multiple clients cancel, request to reschedule at the last minute, or simply not show up for their appointments. Unfortunately, this is becoming a recurring issue, and it is not something I will continue to tolerate.
Let’s clarify what is considered a no-call/no-show or late cancellation:
* Not showing up to your scheduled appointment without notifying me.
* Canceling the day of your appointment, even if you send me a message.
* Requesting to reschedule without providing the required 48-hour notice.
* Arriving excessively late to the point where I can no longer perform your scheduled service.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: You WILL be charged the FULL amount of your scheduled service for no-call/no-shows and late cancellations, as outlined in my booking policies. Your deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining applicable balance will be charged to the card on file.
I am especially strict with my policies when traveling to Uvalde and Eagle Pass.
When I travel, I’m making arrangements for my children to be taken care of, spending time away from my family, driving hours to get to my destination, and often starting my days earlier and working longer hours to accommodate my clients.
There is a lot of time, money, and preparation that goes into making these travel dates possible.
It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to make all these arrangements, reserve time specifically for someone, and then have them cancel at the last minute or not show up at all.
I understand that things happen. I’m a mom, I have a family, and I know life doesn’t always go as planned. I try my best to be understanding and accommodating, but I also have a business to run, bills to pay, and a family that depends on me.
When you schedule an appointment, you’re making a commitment to me just as I’m making one to you.
My travel availability is already extremely limited, and when you reserve an appointment you don’t intend to keep, you’re also taking that opportunity away from someone else who would have gladly taken it.
Moving forward, these policies will be strictly enforced. No exceptions simply because you notified me at the last minute.
I love what I do, and I genuinely appreciate every single person who supports my business. But I also need to protect my time, my income, and the time I sacrifice away from my family.
My policies are not optional, and this is not something we’re going to continue tolerating.
To my clients who consistently show up, communicate, and respect my time, THANK YOU! I appreciate you more than you know.
