EDUCATION & COURSES 📚 We're dedicated to deepening the practice of meditation with sound. Sound Meditation focuses on promoting the use of ancient Tibetan instruments such as singing bowls and gongs. On this page, you'll find out about upcoming livestreams and resources for sound meditation. Sound Meditation is another word for Sound Healing. The most common type of Sound Healing is a 'sound bath'. We've built the first sound-meditation on-demand platform!

So excited to have Rebekah aka Water Eye joining us to sing at the World Forestry Center tonight! We are now sold out for both shows!

We may open up a few spots last min for the 8pm (it’s our first time working with the venue, so we want to be cautious 💜)

Portland… can we take a moment to celebrate the musicians joining us tomorrow at the World Forestry Center? 💜

Elizabeth Byrd {cello} studied at Juilliard, performed with the Metropolitan Opera and founded the Academy of Cello Sound Healing. Her cello has a deep, full resonance you feel in your whole body.

Russell Feingold {didgeridoo & Native American flute} has spent over 30 years in healing work and wrote Heart Wisdom. He’s also a cherished board member of our new nonprofit.

Matthew Tutsky {harp} is Principal Harpist with the Oregon Symphony, Portland Opera and Oregon Ballet Theatre. Hearing his harp in that timber hall is gonna be something else~
We feel so lucky to share the room with this crew ❤️

There are two shows, 6PM and 8PM, at the World Forestry Center in Portland tmrw, almost sold out! ✨

Deepest gratitude to Abbey Arts, Seattle for having us at St. Mark’s cathedral. It is an honor to work with your competent, humble and kind-hearted crew 💜

Especially thank you to Juliann, Joshua and Amelia for holding it down ❤️. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers that helped us out last night.

Thank you to our dear brother Russell for stepping up and conducting the symphony last night.

Thank you to our sweet brother Ethan for all of the critical behind the scenes work that you do tirelessly.

Thank you to our incredible musicians, Jeffri, Leslie, Andrew and Rose. We really got into a vortext last night 🌀

Thank you Seattle for coming out and going inwards, for choosing to take these moments to receive.

Prayers for Guy and his mom ❤️. This was our first time not playing together in 11 years. And all of our hearts with you last night.
