There’s one thing that matters more than the words you say to him.

It’s HOW you say them.

Your tone. Your energy. The way you hold your eyes when you speak. Your body communicates to him more than you know - before you’ve even said a word.

Here’s what I’ve learned: every man carries two versions of himself. There’s the King - purpose-driven, protective, devoted. The man who leads with integrity and loves with his whole heart.

And there’s the shadow - the collapsed man, the one who retreats and checks out. Not because he’s bad. Because no one has consistently reflected back who he actually is.

You get to choose which version you speak to. And whoever you choose to see - that’s the version he rises to meet.

This is the final episode of The Art of Loving Him Well, and it might be my favorite of the whole series.

Thrifting Haul: adding whimsy to my life edition 🎀✨

08/31/2026

On the evening of our anniversary, he was already at the airport. Early. Waiting for me.

Red roses wrapped in paper, tied with a red ribbon he did himself. An anniversary card that said “I still do.” A date night dress he had already chosen. My heels. Ready to go.

He had booked the reservation weeks ago. Chose the place himself. Kept it a surprise - because he knows I love them.

Ladies - if he wanted to, he would.

Five years of marriage. Nearly 17 years together. And our love just continues to deepen.

But this doesn’t just happen. It requires continuing to choose each other. To date each other. To laugh together. To meet every new version of each other with open arms.

Your relationship gets to keep getting better. I know this because I’m living it.

Oh how I love you, Alex. Here’s to a lifetime of love together.

Save this as a reminder of what’s possible. ♥️

This is for the couple who love each other deeply and still ends up in the same cycle. 🔁

This isn’t a compatibility problem.
It’s a lack of tools problem.

Nobody taught you how to fight the “right way.”

Nobody taught you how to make your partner feel truly heard in the moments that matter most.

And that gap is costing you connection you both desperately crave.

This carousel and podcast episode teaches you the M.A.U. tool — the communication framework I use inside my own marriage, inside of my relationships, and with every couple I coach.

Mirroring. Acknowledging. Understanding. 🪞

Save this. Practice this tonight.

And if you want the full breakdown — including why your nervous system hijacks your arguments before you even begin — the new episode of is now live…

THIS ↓

It’s not your résumé.

It’s not how much you earn.

It’s not how perfect your home looks.

It’s how he feels when he walks through the door and you’re there.

Whether his effort lands - or quietly disappears into expectation.

Whether he feels valued, needed, seen for what he carries - or like no matter what he does, it’s never quite enough.

Because here’s what most women were never taught:

A man’s desire to provide doesn’t come from obligation.

It comes from feeling valued.

Entitlement quietly closes his heart.

Whereas gratitude calls him forward into his greatness.

“Thank you so much” - activates his devotion.

“As you should” - slowly extinguishes it.

Being his muse isn’t about what you do for him.

It’s the energy you carry.

The way you receive what he gives and let him know it lands.

The way you make providing for you feel like the greatest privilege of his life - not a responsibility.

A muse doesn’t demand. She inspires.

She doesn’t criticize him into becoming.

She loves him into his becoming.

That energy is the most powerful thing you carry as a woman.

You need to make this easy Two Ingredient Blueberry Chocolate Bark. Save this recipe for later. It’s the perfect combination of fresh juiciness & rich decadent chocolate & only takes a few mins of hands on effort. It will leave you wanting to do a happy dance. 💃

I make mine with organic blueberries & Lily’s milk chocolate chips, but you can definitely substitute the chocolate & berries with your preferred chocolate chips & berries. I’ve also made this with the Lily’s milk chocolate chips on one side & the Lily’s white chocolate chips on the other side.

Two Ingredient Blueberry Chocolate Bark ingredients

• Blueberries
• Lily’s milk chocolate chips

Method

Grab a small baking sheet & a piece of parchment paper. I like the crinkle the parchment paper so it’s easier to form fit it to the pan. Lay your blueberries in a single layer & as close together as possible on the parchment paper.

Melt your chocolate chips for 30 seconds. This should be enough however you might need another 10 seconds. Stir the chips until smooth & drizzle on top of the blueberries. Using a small spatula or spoon smooth over & spread out the chocolate to cover the blueberries.

Freeze for 15 mins. Pull tray out of the freezer & flip the blueberry chocolate over. It’s should be connected as one piece at this point & easy to flip. Melt more chocolate & repeat the melting of the chocolate, drizzling & spreading method until you’ve used desired amount of chocolate. Can use less on this size if you wish.

Freeze another 15 mins to set the chocolate. Break into smaller pieces if you desire. Enjoy! Store in the fridge (if there any left). Seriously, it tastes so delicious & leaves you wanting more.

Remember the gift and blessing it is to have a man who wants to provide for you.

Your invitation is to become the woman he feels inspired to provide for… his muse.

Here's what I know from coaching couples:

One of the biggest wounds I see in men who want to provide is the fear of being taken advantage of.

Whether it happened to them directly, or they watched it happen to their father, their friends… that fear lives in their nervous system.

And it's why so many men hold back from fully stepping into the role of being the provider.

The most magnetic woman doesn't demand his provision. She receives it when it naturally comes through him - with grace, with warmth, with a full and open heart.

A man's desire to provide is sacred - it doesn't come from obligation. It comes from feeling…

Valued. Needed. Respected. Accepted. Loved. Appreciated.

Becoming a woman worth providing for has nothing to do with your résumé…

And has everything to do with how he feels when he's with you.

Does he feel seen? Needed? Respected? Does he feel like what he does matters to you? Like his effort and sacrifice actually lands with you?

Or does it disappear into expectation?

Entitlement closes a man's heart and kills his desire to provide. Whereas gratitude calls him forward into his greatness.

"Thank you so much" activates his devotion.
"As you should" quietly diminishes it.

So nourish him… With your words. With your touch. In the way you receive everything he gives.

Your gracious feminine receptivity has the power to multiply everything he provides… and everything he becomes.

Save this as your reminder.

And if you and your partner are ready to go deeper - to feel more connected, more understood, and more "I can't keep my hands off you" energy than you have in years…
