Mama, when was the last time someone asked how YOU are doing?

Between frequent feedings, sleepless nights, postpartum changes, and learning your baby's needs, it's easy to put yourself last.

But here's your reminder: Taking care of yourself is part of taking care of your baby. ❤️

You deserve to feel supported, too. Whether it's getting help with breastfeeding, having someone answer your questions, or simply knowing you're not alone, your well-being matters.

And please remember, you don't have to wait until breastfeeding feels overwhelming before reaching out for help.

Mama, you deserve the same care and attention you give your little one. ❤️

Comment "READY" if you'd like guidance and support on your breastfeeding journey. Let's make sure you feel cared for, too!

One thing I wish more breastfeeding moms knew, your breast milk doesn’t always look the same! 🩵

A bluish tint? It can happen! Breast milk naturally varies in appearance, and thinner-looking milk can sometimes appear more translucent or blue.

But remember, appearance alone doesn’t tell us whether your baby is getting enough milk or whether it’s safe.

If something concerns you, don’t hesitate to reach out for support.

Mamas, what’s something about breastfeeding that surprised you the most? Let’s talk in the comments!

Has breastfeeding felt a little harder since your baby started teething? 🤍

Maybe your little one is fussier at the breast, wants to nurse more often, or has started biting when you least expect it. If you’re finding yourself tensing up before every feed, I want you to know that you’re not alone.

Here are a few things you can try to help make nursing more comfortable:

🤍 Soothe sore gums: Offer a chilled teether before nursing.

🤱 Check your baby’s latch: If nursing suddenly feels painful or pinchy, their latch may need some attention.

🦷 If your baby bites: Gently help them release and take a short break before trying again.

💕 Take care of yourself, too: Your baby may need extra comfort during teething, but your comfort matters just as much. You don’t have to push through painful feeds.

I know how discouraging it can feel when something that once came naturally suddenly becomes uncomfortable. You deserve support, mama, and you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

Comment “TEETHING” and I’ll send you the link to book a 1:1 consultation. We can talk through what’s happening and find ways to make feeding more comfortable for you and your little one. 💗

Say what you want, but the 3 AM squad is THRIVING 😭

Actually, there was no ChatGPT when I started out, but navigating early motherhood made me realize how vital real, personalized support actually is.

Whether you’re asking AI at 2 AM or relying on partner teamwork in the trenches, generic internet advice can only take you so far. Having evidence-based guidance customized to your exact feeding goals is what turns midnight stress into calm confidence.

You are doing an incredible job, mama. Whenever you’re ready to trade the 3 AM guessing games for a tailored roadmap, I’m right here in your corner.

Everyone seems to have an opinion when you become a mom.

What your baby should be doing. How often they should feed. How you should be recovering. What you should or shouldn't be doing.

But not every piece of advice fits your circumstances or comes from reliable information.

It's okay to ask questions, seek evidence-based guidance, and make informed decisions with your baby's healthcare team.

You can be grateful that someone cares without handing over your confidence. ❤️

Have you ever received parenting advice that didn't feel right for you? You're not alone.

Here's your reminder to seek support that respects your family's needs.

“Wait, is he biting me on purpose, or is this a nursing strike?”

Teething can turn nursing into a total guessing game, but here are a few things to remember.

First, babies physically cannot bite and nurse at the same time since a proper deep latch places the ni**le past the gumline, meaning biting usually happens right as they latch or pull off.

Second, nursing strikes are temporary, sore gums can cause a brief refusal, but it's almost always short-term rather than a sudden end to your journey.

Lastly, you don't need a bunch of fancy gadgets because evidence-based positioning and simple adjustments are what actually protect your supply and your comfort.

You don't have to suffer through the pain or guess your way through teething. Let's get you back to comfortable, peaceful nursing! 💛

So much changes when you have a baby. Your days look different, your nights look different, and even the simplest things can feel harder to find time for.

You might spend hours making sure your little one is fed, comfortable, and loved, only to realize you've barely taken care of yourself.

If that's you today, I hope you know you haven't been forgotten.

Your needs matter. Your feelings matter. And you deserve support just as much as your little one does.

You don't have to wait until you're overwhelmed to let someone help you, mama. You deserve care on the ordinary days, the exhausting days, and all the days in between. 💗

Sending you a little reminder that you matter, too. 🫶
