☀️🌊 What an amazing day at Day on the Bay 2026! 🚑💙

AMR was proud to participate in one of Alviso's most beloved community traditions alongside families, community partners, local organizations, and public agencies from across the South Bay.

Hosted by Santa Clara County Parks and the District 3 Office of Supervisor Otto Lee, this incredible event brought together thousands of residents to celebrate this year's theme, "A Healthy Earth, A Healthy Life." From environmental education and community resources to family-friendly activities along the beautiful Alviso Marina, there truly was something for everyone.

Our team enjoyed connecting with community members, sharing information about emergency medical services, teaching CPR, and highlighting the important work AMR provides throughout Santa Clara County. Events like Day on the Bay strengthen community connections and remind us why engagement outside the ambulance is such an important part of serving our communities.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello. We are grateful for the opportunity to support an event that celebrates the diversity, culture, and strength of our South Bay communities.

We look forward to continuing to serve and support our community both on and off the ambulance, and we can't wait to see everyone again next year! 🚑💙

Today is World Trauma Day, and we would like to take a moment to focus on the importance of saving and protecting lives during emergencies. This is a time to not only educate others on how to prevent traumatic injuries and deaths, but also to learn essential life-saving techniques, such as CPR or the Heimlich maneuver, which can be critical in emergency situations.
