With support from his therapists and care team, Raymond stayed determined and achieved a full recovery.

Now discharged, he is looking forward to relaxing in his favorite lounge chair, enjoying some quiet time, and spending quality time with his wife.

Making strides toward greater independence. 👟

After a fall, Joyce came to Smith Ranch Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in San Rafael, CA, needing significant support with walking and mobility.

Through consistent therapy, dedication, and encouragement from her therapists and CNAs, Joyce gained strength, improved her walking, and rebuilt confidence.
