We’re not going to help you take care of your body in an environment that’s working against it ‼️

Our clinic is fragrance-free, cleaned without harsh chemicals, EMF-shielded, and intentionally designed all the way down to our lighting, towels, internet connection, and phone chargers!

As cold season approaches, here’s a look at what a halotherapy session at 7B-IV is actually like!

Halotherapy is dry salt therapy used to support respiratory wellness. You get comfortable in our salt chamber while fine salt particles are dispersed into the air. There’s nothing you need to do during the session but sit back and breathe.

Call us at 208.217.1877 to get on the schedule this week 🪑

Thanks for spotlighting us 💙

The 7B-IV Angel Wall 🪽

September 16 was the anniversary of Trinity gaining her angel wings. In her memory, we recently created a space in our clinic that means so much to us.

7B-IV Trinity Wellness Center is named after Trinity, and honoring our angels has always been at the heart of our culture.

Our new Angel Wall is a place to recognize them, remember them, and keep their stories close 💙

Say hello to our new red light sauna from Clearlight® Saunas Official ❤️

Here just in time for the cooler weather, our new sauna is a space to slow down, warm up, and enjoy a therapeutic sweat. The combination of infrared heat and red light can help support lymphatic drainage, decrease inflammation, and promote relaxation.

There’s plenty of room to enjoy a session individually, lay down and stretch out, or relax together as a couple or family🧖
