This is why I do what I do.

Our bodies are constantly carrying the weight of stress, decisions, interruptions, and the quiet things we don’t always say out loud.

Reflexology creates space for your nervous system to exhale — to settle, to restore, to remember what rest actually feels like.

That deep sleep she mentioned? It’s one of the first signs your body is responding, softening, and letting God do the quiet healing work beneath the surface.

If your days feel heavy or your nights restless, I’d love to support you.

Book your next session through the link in my bio, and let’s help your body breathe again.

Dry skin season is here, especially if you heat your home with a wood stove like we do!

One of my favorite moisturizers is from Youthing Strategies. I love it so much that I not only carry it in my shop, I use it on every single reflexology client.

It’s wonderful for hands, feet, face, and pretty much anywhere that needs a little extra moisture. And a little goes a LONG way!

I also restocked their Nose Oil this year for those times when the skin around your nostrils gets dry, irritated, and cracked.

And yes, I’m already thinking stocking stuffers. Sorry, not sorry. 😂

Winter can bring its share of health challenges: cold feet, low energy, and weakened immunity. But reflexology is a great way to support your overall health this season!

Here are a few ways I have seen Reflexology benefit my clients firsthand:

👉 Boost Immunity
Reflexology stimulates key points that help strengthen your immune system, making it easier to fight off winter bugs.

👉 Combat Winter Blues
Reflexology treatment can help balance your mood, reduce stress, and lift your spirits during the darker days.

👉 Improve Circulation
Cold weather can slow circulation, but a thorough reflexology routine stimulates blood flow, keeping your body warm and energized.

If you're looking to experience these benefits firsthand, I'd love to work with you.

Book your session today at the link in my bio, and stay feeling your best all winter long!

“Keep up!”

Those were the words I heard from Farm Grandma as I trailed behind her through the fields and woods at four years old, foraging for mushrooms.

My little legs were tired, but those adventures planted a love of foraging in me that has lasted for decades.

These days, I still forage for mushrooms and huckleberries, and lately I’ve been gathering elderberries. They grow abundantly here, and there’s something so special about gathering food from the land.

I’ve been making elderberry syrup again this season, and I’m also working on a couple of new elderberry goodies.

More on those soon!

Here’s to harvest season, old family traditions, and the treasures we find along the way. ❤️

If you are like many of my clients, you want relief from pain, tension or stress and you haven’t found it in traditional channels. You may be feeling depleted or struggle with constant brain fog. You don’t want to take pharmaceuticals endlessly or live with chronic pain, and you know the body is interconnected.

Whole-body health and wellness take a multi-level approach. This is the beauty of reflexology.

While no therapy is a cure-all, I have helped clients experience significant relief from a variety of chronic physical and mental health conditions.

👉 Better swallowing response after esophageal injury
👉 Improved neuropathy in the feet
👉 Planter facilities pain relief
👉 Aid in recovery after sustained congestion or pneumonia
👉 Reduced inflammation and chronic pain

If this sounds like you, book a session and come see me! 👀
I’d love to introduce you to the healing effects of reflexology.

Spend a few minutes on social media and you’ll find a new holistic health trend promising to change your life by Tuesday.

Some of it can feel a little woo-woo, and a lot of it isn’t realistic when you’re a busy mama with little people needing you all day.

I wanted to make something different.

Verses for Restoration brings together Scripture, prayer, and simple reflexology techniques you can use at home.

It gives you a practical place to start when you need a moment to slow down and care for yourself, even if you only have a few minutes.

You don’t need a complicated routine or a shelf full of supplies.

You can sit down, work with your hands or feet, and bring what’s weighing on you to the Lord.

If that sounds like something you could use, send me a message and I’ll share my free guide with you!

There’s a story behind every botanical I use.

While I grow some of my own lavender, most of my lavender comes from a neighbor who has a small lavender farm. She provides me with beautiful lavender essential oil, hydrosol, and flowers that I’m grateful to incorporate into my products.

I also grow my own hops and stevia, and wild-harvest St. John’s wort with care.

I love that my products are connected to the place where I live — through my own garden, a wonderful neighbor, and the plants growing around us.

It’s a little piece of local goodness in every creation.

Here are some of the products that use locally sourced ingredients:

Calm Balm
Lavender Cleansing Body Scrub
Small batch tea blends

Your reflexology session is your time to slow down, settle in and give your body a break from the busyness of the day.

A little preparation before your appointment, open communication during it and extra breathing room afterward can help you get even more from that time.

If you’ve been tossing and turning at night or just can’t seem to wind down, I’ve got a little secret for you:

Sandpoint Reflexology’s Goodnight tincture might be the answer to better sleep! 🤭

This tincture pairs beuatifully with a warm bath, good quality lavender essential oil, or Sandpoint Reflexoloy’s own Ashwagandha tincture (my personal favorite relaxation combo.)

Have you tried herbal support for sleep before?

What’s helped you wind down at the end of the day?
