I built Hourglass Body Sculpting in North Idaho to help women feel confident in their bodies.

I specialize in noninvasive body sculpting, skin tightening, collagen stimulation, cellulite reduction, scar tissue treatments, lymphatic drainage and so much more.

Every treatment I offer incorporates my own personal technique because body sculpting is about so much more than just the machines.

Building a business from the ground up teaches you a lot about hard work, trust, and protecting what you’ve created.

Four years of dedication, education, and countless hours have gone into building Hourglass Body Sculpting into what it is today.

Not every lesson in business is an easy one, but every experience reminds me why I started and how much this business means to me.

When your work revolves around body contouring and lymphatic drainage, you know I had to try this. Farad Beauty sent me their heated lymphatic brush and I’m putting it to the test. First impression… the heat feels SO good. Now I need to use it consistently and report back.
