Why dance on the ground when you can

🌀 - A FLYING POLE is a specialized aerial pole dancing apparatus that is suspended from a single overhead rigging point, rather than fixed to the floor, like traditional poles. It swings, rotates 360 degrees, and hangs in the air, combining traditional pole dance with other aerial acrobatics, like silks or lyra/hoops.

Unlike traditional, base mounted poles where the pole is stationary and/or spins on a fixed axis while you move around it... On flying pole the center of rotation is completely different. The dancer becomes the moving center and the entire apparatus swings and tilts around the room.

This means, while many moves can be performed on both styled of pole, the muscle engagement to do them is different. Flying pole demands more core stability and upper body strength, with better balance and control of your inertia, because you cannot use the floor to anchor or cheat your momentum.

Because I'm not just here to you teach pole dancing, I'm here to help you learn how to live your best life. 💕

In addition to aerial arts instruction, I also offer other health and fitness based personal sessions and small group classes, featuring training in flexibility, light calisthenics and small weights, breathwork, guided meditation, somatics, mfr and bodywork.

I'm also a certified life coach with a specialty in Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy and holistic living, and I use all of that knowledge in combination with my own experience to help others.

✨️ A quiet night in safe space with your friends. You can talk about whats going on without judgement, you can participate in coping exercises, you can read, write or craft, do breathwork, stretch, meditate or dance. You can do shadow work or energy cleansing, you can pray or you can manifest. You can work on your body, your mind and/or your soul. ✨️

We call them "Hot Girl Healing Nights." 🔥❤️

(Although they aren't limited to just women lol, we are inclusive.♀️♂️🫂)

We like to host these intimate nights in the studio for our regular polerinas as ways to help them reenergize and heal.

Butttttt this type of gathering can also be booked privately by any one wanting to have a refreshing night of energetically good fun with their friends. 🎉

Mental health care doesn't have to be limited to just traditional therapy and medications. While we recognize that those are life saving for some, we just want to see as many wellness options as possible become affordable and accessible to all.
