Where are you still holding your birth? 🤍
A vaginal delivery asks a lot of your body. Hours of pushing, bracing, and breath holding can leave tension in places you might not connect to birth.
Your head and jaw: Clenching through contractions can leave tension headaches and a tight jaw.
Your neck: Pushing and then weeks of looking down at baby while feeding keeps your neck working overtime.
Your sacrum: As baby moves through the birth canal, your sacrum and tailbone shift to make room. It doesn’t always shift back on its own. That can show up as low back pain or pain when you sit.
Your pelvis: Your pelvis opens wide for birth. If it doesn’t settle evenly, you might feel hip pain, pelvic pressure, or like something just feels “off.”
Every birth and every body is different. That’s why I don’t guess. I find where your body is still holding tension and help it let go.
