🎬 A red carpet premiere with a message worth hearing.

WillSol Wellness is proud to help spread the word about Gluten Is A Joke, a new documentary challenging the idea that gluten-related health concerns are something to dismiss or laugh off.

After a year of production right here in Orlando, the film is making its premiere at The Ritz Theater in Sanford this Saturday, September 12! ✨

Walk the red carpet, watch the exclusive screening, and stick around for a live Q&A with advocates, influencers, and members of the community.

🎟️ Saturday, September 12 at 7 PM
📍 The Ritz Theater, Sanford
✨ Seats are limited!

We’re excited to support conversations that bring more awareness, education, and understanding to health and wellness. ❤️

Come meet Christine, our Pelvic Floor Therapist! She is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible resource for all things pelvic floor health. Christine is widely regarded as one of the top specialists in the area and is passionate about helping people understand their bodies and feel their best.

Yes, and a tight muscle is actually a tired, guarded muscle, not a strong one. Pelvic Floor Therapy focuses on lengthening and coordination first. You cannot "force" relaxation with kegels; you need a strategic approach to release.

📺 Search "Intimate Rose Wand" on my YouTube to see how we use tools in therapy to release tension!
