Meet our new Pept!de & Longevity nurse! 🧬

Tara Nesva, BSN, RN, is joining Lucid to lead our pept!de program. If her name sounds familiar, it should.

Tara trained under Dr. Drozd in Lucid's earliest days — back when the practice was a two-room office and a big idea. Watching her return to lead a piece of what she helped build is a full-circle moment we don't get to talk about often.

She brings 12 years as a registered nurse — including emergency and pediatric ICU care — and 5 years focused entirely on pept!des, IV therapy, and functional and regenerative medicine, including time at one of the country's most respected functional medicine centers.

Lucid Therapeutics is looking for a steady, detail-oriented leader to join our Santa Barbara clinic full-time. This is a hands-on, patient-facing leadership role — leading our care team, supporting clients through treatment sessions, and keeping our clinic running smoothly from the inside out.

No prior clinical certification needed — full training provided on the job. What matters most is leadership experience, reliability, and a calm, grounded presence with patients.

Dr. Remi is up for not one, but two panels at SXSW 2027 — and we need your help to get him there. 🗳️

Both sessions dig into where interventional mental health care is headed: how it moves from early adoption into everyday clinical practice, and what it'll take to make it accessible to more people, not just the few who can already reach it.

Here's what to expect when you come in for an appointment:

You'll take off your shoes and settle in — sign in, grab some water or tea, and get comfortable in our lounge before your session. When it's time, you'll head into your treatment room, get tucked into bed with an eye mask and noise-cancelling headset, and settle in for your journey. Afterward, you'll move to our integration lounge to sit with everything that came up, before heading back out into your day.

We built every part of this space around one thing: helping you feel safe enough to actually let go.

And a reminder: we're open THIS Saturday for the first time ever! New Saturday hours are 9AM–5PM, starting this weekend. One less reason to put off taking care of yourself.
