We spend a lot of time focused on what's missing—what hasn't been done, what could be better, what still needs fixing. Today's practice is a quiet redirect toward what's already here. At some point today, pause and ask yourself one question: what is actually enough right now? Not perfect. Not finished. Just enough.

Maybe it's the fact that you showed up for a friend today. Maybe it's a meal you enjoyed, a conversation that felt real, or simply that your body carried you through another day without you having to ask it to. Enough isn't settling. It's the practice of recognizing what's already working before reaching for what's next.
