You don’t need to turn your home into a technology-free zone to become more intentional about EMFs.

A serious low-EMF setup can include hardwired internet, fewer wireless devices (preferrably none at all), changes to sleeping areas, and even thoughtful placement of electrical equipment.

That can sound like a lot.

So don’t start there.

Start with what’s easiest:

Wi-Fi. Phone. Bluetooth. Distance.

Small changes first. Then measure, learn, and decide whether going further makes sense for your home.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s becoming more intentional about the environment you spend hours in every day.

Which would be easiest for you tonight: moving your phone, turning off Bluetooth, or turning off Wi-Fi? 👇

“Why do I always feel worse when I’m HERE?”

If you’ve ever asked yourself that, don’t automatically brush it off.

Maybe you notice headaches at work.

Brain fog in a certain building.

Fatigue after spending time in one room.

Or you simply feel better once you leave.

That doesn’t prove the environment is causing your symptoms.

But a repeatable pattern gives you something worth investigating.

Lighting. Air quality. Mold. Chemicals. Stress. Electromagnetic exposure.

Sometimes there may be more than one factor involved.

Pay attention to where symptoms appear, when they improve, and what changes between those environments.

Because sometimes the first clue isn’t a test result.

It’s a pattern you keep noticing.

Do you know what’s on the other side of your smart meter?

Most people know their home has a meter.

Far fewer have stopped to check exactly where it sits in relation to the rooms they use every day.

Depending on the utility and meter type, smart meters may communicate wirelessly. That makes location worth knowing.

Is the wall behind yours part of a:

👉 Bedroom?
👉 Child’s room?
👉 Home office?
👉 Favorite chair or couch?
👉 Space where you spend hours each day?

The goal isn’t to assume there’s a problem.

Measure first. Understand your environment. Then decide whether any practical changes make sense.

Without checking, do you know what room is directly behind your smart meter? 👇

If RHMC recommends reducing EMF exposure, why do we also use electromagnetic therapies?**

Because not all electromagnetic exposures are the same.

Frequency matters.
Intensity matters.
Duration matters.
How the energy is delivered matters.

At RHMC, therapies such as red and near-infrared light and Guided PEMF are used intentionally with specific settings and therapeutic goals.

That’s very different from everyday wireless exposures like Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, which aren’t designed as therapeutic interventions.

So the conversation shouldn’t simply be:

“EMFs are good” or “EMFs are bad.”

It should be about understanding the type, dose, duration, and purpose of the exposure.

Were you surprised that some forms of electromagnetic energy are used therapeutically?

There’s a difference between what’s allowed and what you choose.

Safety standards give us an important reference point.

But your everyday environment is shaped by dozens of small decisions you make yourself.

At RHMC, we focus on what you can reasonably control.

Not perfection.
Not fear.
Not eliminating every wireless device.

Just being more intentional about unnecessary exposure.

You may not control every signal around you.

But you can make thoughtful choices about the environment you create at home.

What’s one change that would be easy for you to make?👇

Refrigerators. TVs. Speakers. Thermostats. Cameras. Appliances. Even mattresses.

Wireless technology can make life more convenient, but that doesn’t mean every device needs to stay connected all the time.

A simple habit is to look around your home and ask:

“Does this actually need to be wireless?”

If the answer is no, consider:

👉 Turning off unnecessary wireless features

👉 Hardwiring when practical

👉 Creating more distance from frequently used devices

👉 Keeping bedrooms and other high-use spaces simpler

You don’t have to get rid of technology.

Use what serves you. Turn off what doesn’t.

Look around your home. Which device do you think probably DOESN’T need to be connected to Wi-Fi? 👇

Getting rid of a parasite doesn’t always mean recovery is complete.

After a significant gut infection, the organism may be gone, but the body may still need time and support to recover.

That can include addressing:

👉 Gut health
👉 Nutrient status
👉 Microbiome balance
👉 Inflammation
👉 Immune function

That’s why treatment isn’t always just about asking:

“What needs to be removed?”

We also need to ask:

“What needs to be rebuilt?”

Recovery is an active process, and rebuilding health can take time.

Did you know recovery may continue even after an infection has been treated? 👇
