"My labs are normal, but I don't feel normal."
I hear this from women all the time.
The labs say everything looks fine. But you know something has changed.
You're waking up at 2 or 3 a.m. and can't get back to sleep. You lose words you know you know. You walk into a room and forget why you're there. The way you've eaten and exercised for years suddenly isn't working. Your energy, your mood, your body, even the way you think, can feel unfamiliar.
And you start wondering, Is this just menopause? Is this how I'm going to feel from now on?
It doesn't have to be.
Menopause is not a disease. It's a natural transition your body was designed to make.
Believe it or not menopause is happening for you, not to you.
But making this transition requires resources.
And when your body has been Running in the Red, depleted by sometimes years of accumulated physical, chemical and emotional stress, it may no longer have the reserve it needs to make that transition smoothly.
That's when symptoms can start showing up.
We tend to focus on the hormones because that's what we can measure. But hormones don't exist in isolation. They are part of a much bigger picture of what is happening in your body.
Your symptoms are not the problem. They're information. Your body is telling you it needs something.
In my free training, I'll show you why you can have "normal" labs and still not feel normal, what may really be driving your symptoms, and what your body needs to move through this stage of life with greater resilience.
If you've been looking for an explanation that finally connects the dots, I created this training for you.
