We have a flying car, but….

Postpartum is such a delicate time and we want to ensure every mama feels supported from physical, mental, emotional and beyond.

We see our mamas 4-6 times within the first 6 weeks after birth 🫶🏼✨

Some losses are carried quietly, but no one should have to carry them alone ❤️🙏🏼

At Pure Births Birth Center, we recognize that pregnancy loss, miscarriage, and infant loss can leave a profound impact on the heart. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, your grief matters, your baby matters, and your story deserves to be heard.

We are honored to offer a safe, intimate, and compassionate space for parents to come together, share their experiences, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.

Our gatherings will be led by Debra Osterkamp, Certified Bereavement Doula, who will offer gentle guidance, emotional support, and personal, one-on-one connection within our small group setting.

There is no right way to grieve, no timeline for healing, and no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with.

You do not have to be a Pure Births patient to attend. All families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss are welcome. 🤍

Frank Breech Baby 🤍

Those long, straight legs can look surprising in photos, but this positioning is actually very characteristic of a frank breech baby. The hips are flexed while the knees remain extended, which is what creates that “legs shooting straight up” appearance. Once baby is born, their legs naturally relax and return to a more typical position over time.

Breech isn’t simply about “baby is upside down.” There are different types of breech presentations.

Did you know our midwives at Pure Births support families beyond our birth center? 🤍

Our midwives also attend homebirths, bringing the same personalized, evidence-based midwifery care into the comfort of your own home.

Whether you choose to birth at our birth center or at home, you’ll have a team that knows you, supports your choices, and trusts the natural process of birth.

Would you rather have a home birth or birth center birth?

We’re looking for breast milk donors. 🤍 If you have extra milk to give, your generosity could help nourish another baby and a mama who needs a little extra support. Every ounce matters. 🍼✨ Please share this post with a mama who may be able to donate.

DM us if you’re interested in donating.
