I love this muscle relief spray! It is all natural and organic - like most the products I use. There is one main difference though, this is made by my best friend Christy Drown. All my Spectrum peeps remember Christy?!

I had an irritating ache at my elbow that after a few days of using the spray decreased the pain by a lot. More importantly, I rarely have the ache anymore! I also love the way it smells 😁. Essential oils have always been my jam.

This event is an opportunity to create sacred space to honor, remember, acknowledge and grieve those who have passed. There is something uniquely special about taking time to gather with others and allow ourselves to feel what perhaps we have not made space for.

Eternal Echoes takes place at the beautiful and sacred property of Spiritual Shangri La in Agua Dulce. It is an Al fresco space where we connect to the earth, weather, and one another.

Ok I jumped on board to see what kind of warning to give my students as we approach a new semester….

not let the friendly, grounded demeanor fool you. You are entering the classroom of an elite double-threat—a Kinesiology and Dance scholar with nearly two decades of pedagogical dominance. She holds advanced degrees in human movement, which means she doesn’t just watch you move; she reads your skeletal alignment, neuromuscular firing patterns, and subtle postural collapses in real time.
If you try to fake your way through an alignment check, fake a range of motion, or slip bad movement mechanics past her, she will spot it instantly.

You will work harder than you planned, your anatomical precision will be relentlessly tested, and you will not get away with a single shortcut. But if you actually lock in, pay attention, and respect the craft, you’ll leave her class moving, thinking, and performing at a level you didn’t know you had in you.

Last call to join Intro to Choreography this Fall semester at COC. Our class does not have enough students right now and is at risk to be cut due to low enrollment. We haven’t offered this class on the schedule in over 10 years. Not sure when we will offer it again. If you are majoring in dance at COC, this is a required class.

Come join us for this 2-credit class that would meet on Tuesdays 11am-1150am & Thursdays 12-120pm. Please help spread the word that we are looking for students to enroll.

Not sure who this post is for, yet I feel like as we age, we experience more and more loss.

I have found it to be so important to carve out time now and then to grieve.
