Santa Monica stressed-out insomniacs, this one’s for you!
If you wake up between 1 and 3 AM with your brain racing about work, relationships, or everything you didn’t get done yesterday, you might recognize this pattern.
Tight neck and shoulders, jaw clenching, headaches, irritability and feeling hot when stressed.
It’s my favorite insomnia patterns to treat because I see improvement in just two weeks.
I love watching my patients go from stressed and exhausted to relaxed and rested.
I’m looking for people in or close to Santa Monica who are done experimenting and want expert help getting their sleep back.

Ready to find out if this can work for you?

💤 P.S. Not sure what type of insomniac you are? Take my free What Kind of Insomniac Are You? quiz to find out your type and discover five foods to eat regularly for your pattern. Also in my bio!

What if your “character flaws” are actually symptoms of insomnia?

1. You wake up hungry and crave carbs all day. Poor sleep can increase hunger and cravings for quick sources of energy, like sugar, because you were tired before you even got out of bed.

2. You don’t feel like being around people. Everyone is annoying. Sleep deprivation makes you more irritable, impatient, and emotionally reactive.

3. You have a million things to do, but end up scrolling for hours instead. Poor sleep affects motivation, attention, and impulse control.
If you’ve been struggling with insomnia, it’s time to do something about it.

I’m Lola Fox-Rabinovich, L.Ac., a licensed acupuncturist with over 18 years of clinical experience.

My program Sleep Through The Night™ combines acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and ozone therapy for people with persistent insomnia.
