Many people ask if they can send me their book to review and most of the time I decline. This book spoke to me because we’re in a time of such uncertainty. People need access to excellent resources to help them care for their well-being. ⛑️

The compassionate tone of this book also instills hope which I think we could all use right now.

The resources alone are invaluable. Easy to read and understand and covering a breadth of topics this book really is timely.

Thank you to the authors Julie, Charity and Nicole for sharing your hearts and expertise with us. ♥️
