There’s a saying that we have 3 faces: the face we show the world, the face we show those closest to us, and the face we show no one.

One of the most healing gifts of Reiki is the way it invites us home to ourselves, softening the masks, conditioning, expectations, and stories we've carried, so we can remember who we truly are.

Recently, I had the privilege of teaching Reiki Mastership and witnessing a group of practitioners step more deeply into their essence, tending to their own healing and reconnecting with their purpose. It's why I call this level a homecoming🤍

Thank you & congratulations to these beautiful healers for making space to return to yourselves, nurture your gifts, and deepen your connection to your purpose and the world around you. I am truly in awe of each and every one of you.

And a very special thank-you to Ameena Meer Ameena Meer, a gifted psychic medium I deeply admire, for sharing such powerful readings and reminding us that there is SO much more to life than what we can see ✨

Not only are you an incredible partner, but you’re just a damn good person through and through — kind, humble (but somehow still VERY competitive), ambitious, patient, protective and thoughtful. Not to mention you have some of the best manners I’ve ever seen too. But I think my favorite thing about you is the way you love and show up for your family.

Knowing that no matter what life throws my way, you’ll be right there beside me, makes me feel like I can take on just about anything in the world ❤️‍🔥And that makes me feel like the luckiest girl!
