We are a husband and wife team providing chiropractic, clinical therapy, holistic skin care, and functional wellness opportunities in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. 1) Be sure to get full, deep breaths. Want to make sure you’re breathing right? Look up belly breathing!

2) Get adjusted chiropractically to remove any impingement on the nerves of the spinal cord and periphery.

3) Minimize or eliminate exposure to grains, artificial colors and dyes, drugs or alcohol, and other neurotoxins such as Botox, fillers and heavy metals.
