Ingredients:
🍿SimplyGO Organic Popcorn $2.79
🧈SimplyGO Butter $3.79
⚪️SimplyGO Mini Marshmallows $1.19
🍬Candy Eyeballs, Halloween Candy *Save up to 50% on your favorite brands
🍫Melted White Chocolate

Instructions:
1️⃣Melt half a stick of butter and a bag of mini marshmallows over medium heat until smooth and gooey.
2️⃣Add the popcorn and stir with a spatula until it’s all coated.
3️⃣Butter your hands and start forming the popcorn into balls.
4️⃣Place on a parchment-lined sheet to cool and firm.
5️⃣Once firm, dip the tops in melted white chocolate and return to the sheet.
6️⃣Let the chocolate set for a minute or two, then add candy eyeballs to each ghost. Serve and enjoy!

🛒 INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin Spice Dough
🧈½ cup softened butter
🥚1 egg 
🍯½ cup SimplyGO light brown sugar 
🥛¾ cup warm milk
🍞2½ tsp active dry yeast
🎃½ cup pumpkin purée
🤍1 tsp vanilla
🌾4½ cups bread flour
🧂1 tsp salt
🎃2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🤎1½ tsp cinnamon

Pumpkin Spice Filling
🧈½ cup softened salted butter
🍯1¼ cups brown sugar
🎃¼ cup pumpkin purée
🤎1 tbsp cinnamon
🎃2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🤍1 tsp vanilla
🥛½ cup heavy cream

Cream Cheese Frosting
🧀8 oz softened SimplyGO cream cheese bar 
🍚1¾ cups SimplyGO powdered sugar 
🧈¼ cup softened salted butter
🤍1 tsp vanilla

👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT
1️⃣ Activate: Mix warm milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar + yeast. Rest 5–7 min until frothy.
2️⃣ Make the dough: Mix remaining dough ingredients, knead 5–7 min, then let rise 30–45 min.
3️⃣ Make the filling: Mix butter, brown sugar, pumpkin, spices + vanilla.
4️⃣ Roll & fill: Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, cut into 8 large or 12 small strips, then roll.
5️⃣ Let them puff: Place in a greased 9x13” pan, cover + rest 25–30 min.
6️⃣ Bake: Pour warm heavy cream or milk over the rolls. Bake at 350°F for 24 min.
7️⃣ Frost: Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Let rolls cool 10–15 min, then frost. 
8️⃣ Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:
🍫Chocolate candy, Halloween Candy Assorted Varieties. Save up to 50% off. Selection Varies by Store. 
🥚1 large egg, SimplyGO Cage Free Grade A Large Eggs, 1 dozen $0.99
🌾1 1/4 cups King Arthur Baking Company Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 5 lb $4.99
🤎1/2 cup SimplyGO Powdered Sugar or Brown Sugar, Light or Dark, 2 lb $1.99
🧈½ cup melted SimplyGO Salted or Unsalted Butter, 1 lb 2 for $5
🍬1/4 cup granulated sugar
☁️SimplyGO Marshmallows
🧂1/4 tsp salt
🍦1 tsp vanilla
🥄½ tsp baking soda

Instructions:
1️⃣Melt butter in a pan. Whisk with salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until it looks like wet sand.
2️⃣Add egg and vanilla. Whisk. Add in flour and baking soda, then fold until almost combined. Fold in chocolate candy.
3️⃣Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough into balls on a lined baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.
4️⃣ Microwave marshmallows in short bursts until soft and stretchy. Cool slightly, then stretch thin strands over cookies for the web. Add googly eyes!
5️⃣Serve and enjoy!
