Marigolds everywhere, lighting the way down to the depths as they do this time of year.

Venus is retrograde in Scorpio, and she is walking backward into Libra.

From the underworld to the mirror.

Everything you relate to is you.

You judge.
Something uncomfortable lives in you.

You rage at the world.
There is a place within you that is too hard to sit with.

You are disappointed. Somewhere you have yet to take accountability.

You fall in love.
You soften, and fall in love with a part of yourself.

Libra is the sign of relationships.

The biggest one is with self.

See the projection.

Erik said those words over dinner one night, and I just loved it.

I thought I had moved from beauty into food. It turns out they go together, I’m just going deeper now.

I love beautiful things, and I love knowing that what we eat is the first step in our beauty routine.

Inner nourishment is the foundation for outer radiance.

My hair has grown four inches. My skin is thicker and stronger than it was in my 20s. My food allergies are gone, and I’m sleeping more deeply in my 40s than ever before.

After two decades in natural beauty and wellness, the biggest shift came from our pantry alongside the practices that support our felt sense of safety.

This valley is a creative vortex of incredible brands and people.

When Erik and I landed here, everything opened up.

Feral was conceived and born on this land.

What keeps us here, beyond the abundance of beauty, is the people and all the supportive collaborations.

Mission-driven companies, all trying to do their part to make the world a little healthier, more beautiful, and more delicious.

There is very little I've done that has supported me more than learning to align myself with the cycles of the moon.

It changed the way I understand my body. My energy. When to move, when to rest, when to create, when to let go. It also provided a level of compassion towards myself that no outside work can.

And eventually, it became The Return.
