Two groups I would LOVE to work with more are the elderly + those walking through addiction recovery.
Not because I think foot zoning is going to “fix” anyone.
But because sometimes people just need someone to sit with them. Talk with them. Listen to them. And remind them they matter.
For my elderly clients, a zone can be a chance to slow down, relax and receive that one-on-one connection and caring touch they may not get very often. 🥹
For someone walking through recovery, it can be a safe space to slow down, ground, reconnect with their body and just BE for a minute—without judgment or expectations.
✨ Relaxation
✨ Grounding
✨ Safe, caring touch
✨ Connection
✨ Stress relief
✨ A healthy self-care routine
✨ A little extra support through a hard season
I’m not here to claim foot zoning cures addiction or fixes every ache and pain.
Sometimes the biggest thing I can offer is simply a chair, two feet, an hour and a safe place where you don’t have to have your s**t together. 🩷
No fixing.
No judging.
No expectations.
Just two feet, a little connection and a whole lotta love. 👣🩷
THAT is the kind of Wild Sole I want to build.
A reset for your body, mind + soul… through your feet. 🤠🩷
Foot zoning is a complementary wellness practice and is not a replacement for medical, mental-health or addiction treatment.

And if money is the issue from holding u back on getting this done message me let’s talk and figure something out 💗

So crazy we all should know how much u love cards by now 😂and these ones from Ragecreate.com are amazing im gunna need all the other decks !

💙Blue card: You are deeply loved and protected. It’s saying you don’t have to keep searching outside yourself for proof that you’re loved—you already carry that love within you.
🖤Black card: Let that love actually reach every part of you, including the parts you judge, hide, or don’t always appreciate. When you truly love yourself, that love naturally spills over into how you show up for everyone else.
❤️Red/dragon card: Stop holding yourself back. You’ve spent enough time surviving, healing, or waiting. There’s a fiery, wild part of you that wants to LIVE—have fun, be spontaneous, try things, make mistakes, laugh, and experience life instead of always analyzing it.

It never stops amazing me what can change in just one session. 💕Look at the difference in the placement and balance of these feet from where we started to after one foot was zoned to after both feet were completed.
Every body responds differently, but it’s always fascinating to watch the body relax and rebalance.
