We’ve been taught to detect disease instead of asking how we can reduce our risk in the first place.
To schedule the screening, follow the “protocol” and hope for the best.
But breast health deserves a bigger conversation. 💗
Our everyday exposures and lifestyle habits can influence hormone signaling and gene expression. While no single product swap or detox can guarantee cancer prevention, the choices we make every day can matter.
You are not powerless.
You are not broken.
And it’s never too late to make meaningful changes.
✨ Reduce endocrine disruptors. Start looking at your personal care products, fragrances, and household cleaners. Choose simpler, transparent ingredients when possible.
🥦 Support your body’s natural processes. Prioritize nutrient-dense foods, cruciferous vegetables, fiber, hydration, movement, and quality sleep.
🧬 Get curious about your hormones. Talk with your healthcare provider about appropriate bloodwork and whether additional hormone testing makes sense for you.
And remember, prevention and early detection both matter- but what matters most is the understanding that you have SO much more control over your health & future than our society leads you to believe.
