Generazzo Therapy is officially closed for maternity leave. 🤍
After a very special final week with our clients and families, Emily Generazzo, LMHC, has officially stepped away from the office to begin her maternity leave and enjoy this incredibly meaningful time with her growing family.
During her leave, Emily will be fully out of the office and unavailable for client communication, appointments, or clinical support.
To our wonderful clients, parents, caregivers, and families, thank you for the incredible kindness, flexibility, encouragement, and well wishes you have shared with Emily throughout this transition. We are so grateful for the Generazzo Therapy community and the support you have shown her as she begins this next chapter.
As a gentle reminder, Generazzo Therapy is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency or immediate safety concern, please call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or call/text 988 for 24/7 support.

🌊☀️ Salty Wellness Crew ☀️🌊
This is our LAST SUP Kids Wellness of the season before Coach Leah & Coach Toast sail back to Davy Jones’ locker… aka the deep seas of Massachusetts.
Ms. Em will be taking the summer off from running kids water programs without her salty crew by her side.
Because this workshop is going to be EXTRA special, we opened up a few more spots for kiddos who want to join us for one final salty adventure together!
At SUP Kids Wellness, it’s not just mental health, it’s mental health promoted by a community that rides the waves of life together.
📍 Join us Saturday, May 16th from 9:30AM–12:00PM for one final morning of connection, confidence, mindfulness, movement, and salty fun on the water.
But don’t worry, you can still find Ms. Em at the office with Woodsey Burns, and at our Girls Group land adventures throughout the summer! 🎨🧘🏻‍♀️✨

As we approach the end of the school year, we know stress levels are rising for many of our NYAM & Generazzo Therapy parents. Between exams, transitions, and busy schedules, it’s important to pause and take care of your own well-being too. You’re doing an amazing job supporting your kids through this season 🤍

🧜‍♀️ We’re so excited for our upcoming SUP Kids workshop on Saturday, April 25th from 9:30AM–12:00PM! It’s going to be a special experience for kids to build confidence, connect with peers, and learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

And parents, we haven’t forgotten about you! Partnered with SUP East Coast Style, Emily & Kalesta will be teaching an all-levels SUP Yoga class for adults on Saturday’s as well. Sign up here:

Two chances to get on board for this unique floating yoga experience!

Move, breathe, and flow while surrounded by sunshine, salt air, and the peaceful rhythm of the water. Paddleboard yoga combines gentle paddling, balance, and yoga in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is needed; just come ready to try something new, laugh a little, and enjoy the magic of being on the water.

I love this. You’re not here to prove your worth.

and then invite the people who actually get it into your space.
This work isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about showing up, muddy paws, big feelings, salty hair, and all. 🐾🌊 From the therapy room, Girls Group, to paddleboards, to the kids and teens I grow alongside… this space is built on care, safety, laughter, and some good juju. ✨
And here’s the wild part, as I create space for these kids to explore, regulate, and become more themselves, I keep waking up parts of me that were tucked away for a long time. Turns out healing doesn’t flow in one direction…it moves together.
This community is intentional. It’s warm. It’s honest. It’s a little unconventional. Rooted in love, with just enough spice to keep it real.
