I am beyond excited (and a little emotional!) to share that Healing in the Highlands has received its very first news coverage — and what makes it even more special is that it’s back home in Edinburgh, with Edinburgh Live!

I never imagined that one of the darkest chapters of my life would become a story of hope, healing, and transformation shared in the city I call home.

In 2019, a devastating car accident changed everything. What followed was a journey of survival, rebuilding, rediscovery, and ultimately, coming home to myself.

Somewhere along the way, my pain began to transform into purpose.

And from that journey, AK Healing was born. ✨

Today, through AK Healing, I have the privilege of helping others navigate their own healing journeys through energy healing, conscious life coaching, subconscious reprogramming, and transformational work.

And as that work grew, so did my vision.

Healing in the Highlands became the evolution of everything I had created. 🏔️

A rare opportunity for people to step away from everyday life and spend seven immersive days working exclusively with me, taking their healing to an entirely new level.

Seven days to go deeper. To surrender. To reconnect. To transform. To remember who they truly are.

And where better than my beloved Scotland?

As a girl from Edinburgh, bringing people from around the world home to Scotland to experience this work is something incredibly special.

To now see that journey featured in Edinburgh Live feels like such a beautiful full-circle moment.

Because this isn’t just a story about an accident. It’s a story about what can emerge from the unimaginable.

I didn’t choose how my story changed. But I chose what I would create from it. 💜

I have been keeping this one quiet while we’ve been building behind the scenes, and I am SO excited that I finally get to announce this huge next chapter for Healing in the Highlands.

HEALING IN THE HIGHLANDS NOW HAS ITS OWN APP. 💜🏔️

I genuinely have one of those “how did we get here already?” feelings.

When I created Healing in the Highlands, I knew there was something incredibly special about it. But watching this signature retreat grow into what it has become — and now watching it expand beyond the retreat itself into its own digital experience — feels a little surreal.

And I am so excited to finally share that we’ve been working in collaboration with our partners at Tethered to bring this vision to life and power the Healing in the Highlands app.

What began as an immersive healing experience in Scotland can now be something you return to again and again, wherever you are in the world.

Inside you'll find guided meditations, breathwork, sleep stories, Scottish folklore, music, immersive Highland soundscapes and more. Specifically placed to reflect the retreat journey.

If you've been with us, it's a place to return.

If you're joining us, it's a place to begin before you arrive.
